CO, 2/10/10, 11.002, 15:19-16:00+ utc, good signal but fades up & down

Still being heard with a fair signal making it through the high noise level at 23:40utc on 2/10/10. I have been able to hear CO all day today.

It should be interesting to see if you hear CO after dark...
with the sun spots coming back some unique things will
be happening.

I can't hear it tonight at 3:00 UTC (10 PM Local).
