Title: Strange Behavior Near 20KHz

While trying to receive WWV at 20KHz I noticed this strange "zig-zag". Look at the left and right of the waterfall.

WWV is on 60khz. That is what my so called "atomic clocks" synchronize to. Long ago WWV was also on 20khz but gave it up some time ago.

Yes, WWVB is on 60 kHz, WWVL was on 20 kHz.
