I was able to get a accurate count do to propagation being so good...
This sounds like the old Hiker beacon that was easy to copy a few years ago.

Its been a while since I listened for the 8 Mc sigs....

Jan 1 time 2213 utc  on the Mojave tuner on Global Tuners 7998.4 khz weak but Q5 copy...
I wonder if it is located out in the desert? Nothing on that 8001.4 dasher mentioned on another thread.

Token Nailed it accurately...7998.4   and the other parameters...
This sounds like and old beacon that I have heard for years...glad it is back.
I never have been able to nail it down...

Hearing it  at 0000 utc and often hear it on Tokens internet receiver
