Fading down now last Sinpo was 55445... Seems to of faded to S1 now very weak amongst the noise...Coming back up now, listening from Kentucky SDR...

Tuned in at 0229utc, fair/poor, fades in and out, heard rhythm and blues tune, R8 & dipole.
At 0234utc SSTV/FAX.
