Possible navy comms net. Many mentions of "vessel" and one transmission asking if there was any fishing gear on board.

At 0041z "zero one to zero nine"

Sounding more like USCG. Possible rescue ops.

Hearing one side here also, good signal.  Agree, sounds like USCG searching for someone.

To me it sounded like some type of law enforcement action. Wouldn't a rescue mission use standard callsigns as opposed to the tactical callsigns used. Also there was a reference to a "TOI" track/target of interest? The frequency offset I also found interesting, was I right or did I mistune? Anyway a very interesting frequency to monitor on a cold winter night.

Also listening to this last night....heard the 01 to 09 and also mentions of "Ecuador" and "Fiberglass". Don't know the significance of these things, but it sounds like either law enforcement or perhaps the drugrunners themselves  ???
