I noticed this on the SDR recording. Based on the coverage area and transmission times, I am guessing from Chile. They have a pair of transmissions scheduled at 0350 and 0405 UTC, but not on this frequency. Tuned in at 6942 USB.

reverse image through the internet provided a similar result.
