Title: V28 broadcasts again

According to the information of a Japanese DXer, V28 was heard at 0930UTC on JAN.20.2016 in Japan.
So I tried V28 at this time on JAN.21 in South Korea.

0930 UTC does seem to be the new time schedule for V28, unfortunately that is a VERY bad time for me.  I have received it a few times in the 0930 UTC time period.  At that time (0930z) I cannot receive the station directly at my location, and so must use remotes.  Since I can't schedule recordings on remotes it is very unlikely that I will hear it often.
