Sounds like two-way traffic.  Two stations talking about government mobile jamming equipment that "drops a carrier from DC to daylight".  "Cell phones don't work, Wi-Fi doesn't work...you have to basically tell them which frequency you're going to use so they don't jam it"

Sounds like hams talking about various radio topics.

2051- OM talking about broadcasting S7-8
2110- now relaying Radio Azteca which is on 6900 AM S8-9
2132- Radio Azteca relay continues S7
2211- now relaying Cold Country Canada which is on 6969 LSB
2220- back to relaying Amphetamine Radio S8-9 and nice audio!
2234- off.

2052 UTC S6 here with a couple of OM talking about a motorcade with 4 black limo's with antennas following.
2102 UTC Hearing Radio Azteca (being relayed from 6900 KHZ!)
