I've been hearing music since about 0656z.  I don't recognize any of the songs, but heard an Eccentric Shortwave ID at  0725 UTC.  Thanks, Eccentric!

Not strong, but audible, about S5.

SIO 423 Fighting with Chinese Dragon OTH-R. Signal is actually good, just hearing that motorboat sound underneath everything.

0725 YL ID with OM giving a yahoo email addy. Into unknown song.

0735 Abrupt signoff. Song ended, nothing after that.

First time hearing this station in California.
