Weak carrier with sounds like music but is at the noise level so I am not sure... can't get on chat

Good signal into Chicago S7 to S8 with a historical of Hitler's strategies during WWII - could this be "Germany Calling Radio" - I heard them back in 2012

Now discussing the landing at Normandy. Can you imagine setting around the radio at home and listening to this in 1944?
