Title: CO- the gold standard beacon
Post by: syfr on February 26, 2010, 2317 UTC
CO is *always* available at grey line time even on indoor random wire antennas. For 2000 miles and less than a half watt, that's pretty amazing. Tonight is no exception. It's peeping in here with it's slight upward drift on my downstairs indoor antennas.

Fair signal here in Florida with fading, but audible.  Parked the receiver on 11001.95 in USB mode.

Propagation down tonight, but CO coming through the thunderstorm noise on the indoor antennas
(outside are grounded).

Pretty good for a 300mW signal
