Title: Radio Tamazuj 15400/15545 AM 1515 UTC 20 Feb 2015

Weak on the meter, some fades, strong audio.

I'm receiving 15545 better than 15400.

At 1530 Radio Tamazuj was replaced by Radio Dabanga on 15545.  Interesting intro song.  15400 silent.
