It's 0100 UTC on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 and WTWW is loud and clear in Lebanon, Tennessee.
I heard them at 2230 until 0000 on 9480, and then they switched to 5755 at 0000.
The funny thing is...Glenn Hauser and others say they're officially on the air, but the top hour ID (by Ted Randall of QSO Radio Show fame) says they're testing.
Who is right?
