Via Meyerton, South Africa in testing stage - normally in English to Uganda
0300-0400 mt..f.. 5910 seems certain
0500-0600 ..wt... 15455
0500-0700 ....fs. 15310 or .....s.
0500-0700 ......s 9410 or .....s.
0500-0900 ......s freq?
1000-1200 .....s. 17820 or ......s
1700-1800 .....ss 9410 or ..wt...
1900-2100 .....ss 9430
Test schedule info varies with source - will level off in the next few days.

SNPO 2333
in Swahili but some English words mixed in randomly.
Sign on was 458z

15310 khz
6z  Friday  3/4/16 ut
No signal ..

Reported last evening (UTC fri) on 5910 about 0345z - no English - off 0358z instead of 0458z (via Twente).
No copy at my QTH 0300z till I gave up about 0320z.

Based on Facebook page Saturday bx would be 0600-0800z rather than 0500-0700z 15310khz
Time will tell.

Tx on @ 503 z  . Opened with island type music , and another opener.
The OM is on a  "telephone line" the rest in Swahili. Then "hello hello, I turn off.
512 OM with commentary, mentions of Uganda
518 no audio but tx signal still up

Only about S1 with low noise and very good audio

It seems they were testing . I tried it at 5 just because I couldn't stay up any later!
I noticed the tx carrier, and the OM came on and tried telephone lines, said some stuff and then no audio.
That's it. Nice signal though.
I don't know what happened at 6.

From what I've heard both times , they do break out into English at times , but 95% Swahili
