2136- hearing some music S4-5
2139- sounds like a radio drama now
2201- radio drama continues no idea what this is (heard some laser sound effects at one point)
2208- OM "if you keep shooting your mouth off...." "don't tell me to knock it off"
2209- OM "US Government service office"
2220- tolling bell
2223- people screaming and babies crying  ???
2237- OM whistling

21.33 UTC Don Ellis - Subway
21.39 UTC radioplay? french talk, VOCA?
21.40 UTC talk in English now
21.47 UTC radio drama continues, BOCA or VOCA
21.50 UTC YL and OM conversation, some French accent

sorry to say, a god-awful radio drama with blood and thunder,
not worthwhile the juice and HF. What the hell brew in the OP's mind?

Faint signal here in the Midwest but sounds like AM mode with SS ops QRM on LSB. @ 2158 sounds more like horror movie sfx.  Possible ID @ 2200 but too faint to copy then into music.  Liquid Radio?
