1406 UTC, Radio Azteca will be back with program #10, address for reception report

Back from an errand and Mr. Stoker is a solid S5 here at 1343 UTC but marred by S4 local noise...fair copy overall

Fair into NE Ohio.  Not the best signal, but at least I can make things out.
