Carrier on 21490, maybe some traces of audio, but if so, extremely weak.
Yes, music for sure now at 1515z.
Now S3 at 1517z.

I'm getting a weak carrier here on about 21489.8 but not hearing any audio as of yet

1517 - Strong carrier making it through.
          Have to struggle to get any usable modulation

1524 UTC, Downtown, Petula Clark  One of my favorite songs for some unknown reason.

Signal has been usable since about he time the announcement was posted here.  not very strong, but definitely there.
