Title: TMP beacon malfunction?

Something odd with a sort of data/noise burst at 4079.470 then Morse at 4079.550 KHz. Anyone who can hear it let me know what you see. At first I though the noise burst was local and then realized it was linked in terms of timing with the Morse.
