SDR recording catch, 0416 sign on with instrumental music / sound effects? About an SIO 322, using just the LSB due to QRM from peskies on the USB.
0420 "Your selectors are locked, your channel is centered" - must be KIPM, yes, sounds like Alan Maxwell, and there's the KIPM ID.
0424 The signal strength has dropped now, down to an SIO 211.
