Title: Unkown Pirate Radio Station on 11580 AM at 1412 UTC

This appears to be a station that is not listed on any of the schedule sites. They have not given any type of identification, just music.
If this is not a pirate station and is in fact a regular station, please feel free to correct me.

Perhaps this is licensed shortwave station WRMI?
