Title: Spy numbers on 6925U, 0156, 4.4.16

Numbers in Slavic language (Russian I think.)

CW throughout also.  Some digital signal for a while also.

both numbers and CW went off simultaneously at 0218

Getting it too as described above, SIO 423.
As Markopik says above, both CW and numbers ceased at 0218.

Picking it up fairly ok (S-5ish) in Toronto. Anyone copy the CW? And was that BPSK31 in there?

Perfectly readable in Niagara, Ontario. Was a voice that was over top of CW. Tried to do a decode with Fldigi but I just got random letters. 'A Z MT JT A S T H M T A N IU S T H 4 T N'

SDR recording catch, 0137 sign on.

At 0215 PSK31 was sent, mixed in with the OM voice. Here is what I decoded:
