Title: Slow dasher? 4108.31 CW 1117 UTC 4 Apr 2016

Not sure what this is. It could be some sort of dasher? Very weak, fading in and out. Several second period, maybe around 3? Difficult to tell.

I have checked at a few different times of day but no luck so far. Propagation and hobbyist reliability issues can make it a challenge. I only heard Hiker that one day and then nothing since then despite checking often. The 2097 "A" beacon and Russian 7 MHz beacons are the most reliable around here.    8)

Will keep listening for this one.

I did not note this beacon this morning, nor the 4096 beacon I heard yesterday. A was present, but that was it.

I am trying 8 MHz, now, sometimes I will hear something this time of the morning, but nothing at the moment.
