1300 - S3 - 11513 AM - Noisy, beginning program.

YL voice matches program on VOT website.

1313 - Only a slight intermittent carrier here on the waterfall,
          but definitely there.

          No audio at all.
          :(

1338 - Carrier gone at check back.

1331z s3-7 more 3 then 7, fast fading, YL and OM, low audio

1343z s3-5 still YL and OM talking, best setting PBS to -0.70kHz @ 6.0kHZ BW, hard to copy anyway.

1400z time signal beeps and off, no ID copied
