1530Z 25432 S6 IS + announcer in English.
1537Z 15431 S5 Music still going, but signal fading a bit.
1549Z 15411 S5 Can hear male announcer, but can't make out what he's saying as signal is in the noise.
Playing usual music at the beginning. Not a great signal, but better than on 11710 which is even weaker.

I give this broadcast a regular listen just to see how much the signal varies from day to day. This one is specifically a transmission for North America, and most days it's as you describe. But even when the signal is clear, that male announcer is hard to understand. His accent is pretty heavy, and my need to use the narrow BW setting to reduce noise (and lately, QRM from 9430 and 9440) usually means nothing is intelligible.

In the mornings on the way to work, I tune to 11710 to see if they're there. Some days they are, most of the time not.
They are somewhat hard to understand. I listen to them on the Univ of Twente SDR which has pretty good reception some days and they're still hard to understand. But the message is consistent, we're evil and they'll destroy us.
What I find interesting about this station is they're stuck in the Cold War, from the 70's-80's.

You can listen to the individual stories and editorials at their website and they're still hard to understand.
