The file is   16 Bit PCM - BaseBand IQ  and can be download at following location :

I have downloaded one software called spectraVu from http://www.moetronix.com/spectravue.htm
The software can read the IQ file and provide following information :
1. Raw Data
2. 2D Plot
3. 3D Plot
4. Continum
5. Phase

I need help to analyst or decode the signal. Inside the zip there is one video that I have captured during recording.
