1138Z 25433 S5 Signal dropping
1149Z 15431 S4 Its mostly in the noise, but can still hear the announcer speak (but unable to discern anything)

// 11710 kHz
1130Z 35433 S5 Signal slightly weaker and much more fluttery
1138Z 15431 S4 Signal mostly in the noise here
1148Z Has pretty much faded out now.

1344 - 9435 is booming in today. News about how North Korea celebrated the Day of the Sun (Kim Il-sung's birthday, 4/15). He would have been 104.

I'm sorely tempted to contact them for a QSL card. I just wonder what sort of list(s) I would end up on if I try.
