Hearing some fairly rapid CW at 2349 UTC...strong enough to overcome the local S6 noise...off at 2350 UTC

Could see his carrier tuning around 43 meters,
finally settling on 6930.

2344 - An OM on freq "Testing 1, 2..."
          Music on USB - Digital Mode of some sort
          Some CW later
