EDIT - It was actually RN da Brasilia, but it was the same frequency.

Thanks for sharing.  My first introduction to Portuguese/Brazilian music came in Bill Murray's movie "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou" with Seu Jorge covering several David Bowie songs.  They are all on you tube and stuck in my head.

Nice ID of the music, Skipmuck.  You are really from New Bedford, right?   ;)   I took the station ID off shortwave.info plus it sounded like Amazonia at 2300z, but I never shy from being corrected.

I got my Shazam chops listening to the pescadore parties on 6933 LSB....never quite made it out to New Bedford but I hear it's a fine place to kick back and drink vinho with the emigrant Azorean's ;D
