Hearing some old time music at threshold
0051 UTC OM said something, but nada on the copy

Very weak here, SIO 111/222. The music reminds me of the station that signed on 6935 earlier this evening at 2350z.
Sounded like an OM talking around 0050z, but too weak to copy what he said, then off.
