Today, listening to the recording made this night with SDR ELAD FDM-S2 and dipole antenna coiled 20m., I found female voice conversing in English with man.

Claudio, I had this one too in NW Germany, booming in S9+10,
could be of Chinese origin (but English (strange slang) talk, right!)
