Weak music.  Can't tell much else.

I don't hear anything, not even a carrier detected in ssb mode. BTW, don't you mean 5-15-16 or 15-5-16 if outside the usa?

Very weak here on the SDR recording, from 0155 sign on. About an SIO 222.
0155 I could hear an OM talking, then some music.

0204 More IDs, I think, but rather low audio.
