Many SSTV transmissions in the 0245 to 0322 UTC time period, but the same image was often sent several times.

Weak signal plus Robot 36C mode equals poor image quality:

The text at the top of that first image you posted is "Diexismo Mexicana", that same image was sent at least 5 or 6 times, maybe more.
