I am hearing the match here in Western South Carolina on 15400khz a good signal too. I usually can hear the BBC on shortwave just about every day!
-
A good signal on 17885khz in French than the 15400khz signal today!

Oh man, I wanted to listen/watch this. My Dad texts me at 1629Z that it starts in one minute and on local TV. The problem- I was otherwise pre-occupied. And BBC HF reception usually poor at best. I didn't try today, but I should have. The HF radio was 1' away.
Dear BBC, can you send the U.S. your signal on the shortwaves? This very limited FM broadcast non-sense you have over here is just about useless. If the Greeks can pump out the Watts in the midst of their financial crisis to play Greek music...
Alas... what do I know.
