I'm hearing an AM broadcast, unfortunately it sounds ALOT like Brother Stair?
Endless preaching...
I wonder if this is even a pirate?
or am I hearing things? [not drinking either]

FWIW, absolutely nothing here on the SDR recording, not even a faint carrier.
