Signal greatly varying...sometimes major noise and fading, other times near perfect. No ID on station yet but earlier posts this past week mentioned WHRI's race coverage. Though, WHRI's website does not show it as a frequency. Short-wave.info does not attribute the frequency to a station. Based on MDK2"s earlier post and that WHRI is listed as part of the Radio Network, I will go with WHRI. (The only other shortwave broadcaster on the Indy Radio Network is AFN)

Listening in western Virginia, reception indoors on my Tecsun PL-660 is nonexistent, decent signal outside however. The weather's not the best so I'm currently listening on a Globaltuners Receiver in Indiana, decent signal on that with race coverage.
