2334- another telephone call but can't make out what's being said

S7 with some lightning static.  Fair overall.

0016 Finally able to hear something below severe static and lightning crashes behind the line of midwest storms. Nothing really to copy but at least aware of a signal way down there. Hopefully will improve soon.
