Good signal with slight fades.
British accent minister pretty serious sounding , didn't really focus on what he was saying/ content.
Ran up past 1830z  with Id by YL "ETC Radio", website info and physical address " Saint Andrews Court, England"

Noted  also Hello Dafur or another station in background  during this time

and street address,  St. Andrews Court
in England.

 6/29/16 sign on was 1802z, the location given is Manchester.
