SDR recording catch. Weak, and a fair bit of t-storm static, but I could hear an OM talking.
Off at 0120.

Weak in an SDR Recording with lots of storm QRN.

Definitely hearing an OM talk, but mostly unintelligible.  Only phrase I could make out was "Anyway, this.." but did not seem like an ID followed.
