Title: Borderhunter (Europirate) test today and Sunday

Radio Borderhunter will be testing today and Sunday from approximately 1700 to at least 1830.  Frequency will be around 15300 (perphaps 15310, or another free freq close by).

I heard his test last Sunday on 15310 with a SINPO of 44444.  His new 19m antenna appears to work very well, and he should easily reach most of North America.

1747  weak music on 15315, 24342 confirmed as BH.
