Tuned in at 0410, weak/poor under moderate storm static, muffled bass heavy audio, long soft rock/pop tunes in unid language, off at 0430 without announcement, RF-4900 & dipole.

I've heard a similar station in that region but awhile back, early last winter. I never got an id. I thought it was a South American or African broadcaster running a little high of 3885, but who knows? It was much too early for New Guinea or the Indonesians.

Keep us all posted if you hear it again and I'll try to do the same.
