seems to be somewhere between 3Mhz & 4Mhz after looking closely at both videos.
is there something special about V15 that the frequency is covered over intentionally but the V28 frequency isnt covered over at all in the other videos ?

they both operate within 3-4Mhz.
a through google search can yield the actual frequency anyway though it is subject to change randomly.

3320 kHz.  That transmission may be on 6400 kHz also, but the video is of 3320 kHz.

I am sure the pop-up blocking the freq is an accident, but the frequency is also displayed on the Demod window (the upper window in the first video, the right window in the second vid) and that can be seen in the video.
