Title: Another new 4 MHz Beacon ??

Noticed on 4110 kHz this morning start around 1128z, peaking around 1142z. Sending fairly fast dashes, I would estimate slightly faster than once per second. Not terribly strong.

Since it is well past sunrise here, this must be somewhere on the East Coast?
