I tuned into some music just above the noise floor here for about 30 seconds at 2347 UTC, then OFF suddenly  ???

Heard from 2327 on the SDR recording, mostly an SIO 322.
Off at 2337.
2338 Back with WAR "The Cisco Kid".
2347 Off.
