Noticed this while checking for clandestine Voice of the People on 3912. Both weeak, about an SIO 222, but no ham QRM.

3925 kHz Radio Nikkei 1
3945 kHz Radio Nikkei 2

3910 kHz Voice of the People + noise
3985 kHz Echo of Hope-VOH + noise
