Can any one here identify a mystery station from China that appears on 8.806MHz USB around 0850-0915z with a lady recorded on what appears to be a loop message, she mentions "Beijing" and possibly "Fuzhou". She is speaking in Mandarin, often plus 10dB over here. This is a maritime frequency but maybe she is doing Volmet?

13.282MHz USB 0633z KVM-70 Honolulu Radio with Volmet report, quite a long transmission. 5X4 report.
11.387MHz USB 0603z Brisbane Radio, Australia with major airport weather. 5X9 report.
10.051MHz USB 0756z VFG Gander Radio, Canada with Volmet. 5X5 report.
8.957MHz USB 1946z EIP Shannon Radio, with Volmet. 5X9 report peaking 10dB over.
8.952MHz USB 0748z SAM Cordoba Radio, Argentina with Volmet in Spanish, 5X8 report.
8.806MHz USB 0853z Unidentified lady in Mandarin language (China) in loop recording, mention of Beijing & Fuzhou, transmission lasts around 30 minutes with breaks. Any one help? 5X9 plus 10 to 15dB over.
