Quite weak, but hearing it faintly. Sends V every 4 seconds or so. Much stronger on Twente, so likely in Europe?
I see this was logged in 2014: https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,18831.0.html

Heard again last evening on the SDR recording, around 0025z.

Pretty sure this is one of the Russian single letter beacons, it has been on that freq for quite a while.

"V" used to be on 7.002MHz but these Russian single letter beacons move around, vanish from one frequency and pop up on another, usually within the allocation. "M" Magadan is a prime example of showing up on an unpublished frequency only to vanish to another.
"V" is a Russian single letter beacon located in Khiva, in the Xorazm region of Uzbekistan.
I have not heard this one for a couple of years so glad you grabbed this one, one of the rarer Russian single letter beacons, well done! ;D
Thanks for the heads up too, heard it quite clear on 6.928MHz CW "V" this morning my time at 1824z 419-529 report. A new one for me! :D
