Very strong signal, SINPO of 55555 with news in Creole by a male announcer. VOA Interval Signal heard at 1958 UTC followed by immediate news about Hurricane Matthew at 2000 UTC.

Listening in Florida on my Tecsun PL-660 receiver, 30 ft long wire antenna.

Quite faint here, a lot of buzzing..barely audible.
