Will do 2100 utc Halloween pirate show   OM "here in Canada hunting down pirates"  Read email that 5150 is relaying, OM was unaware.  Thanks for relay.  On youtube live, from Montreal, Canada.  Emailer says he is receiving Mustang Radio in Barcelona.

2051: Talk about Pirate Radio frequency range 6850-6999 and when they broadcast
2052: Some pirates relay and some play music and some have unusual shows
2054: Talk about european pirates and also frequency 5150 (Van Halen Album)
2100: Reading mail that 5150 khz is active now. Self employed as a tech guy and also a youtuber.
2103: Talk about a pirate station in the Netherlands that died a few years ago - Alfa Lima courtesy Joe Flips

2202Z On SSB, can hear the faint carrier, but absolutely no audio at all. Wouldn't have noticed this unless mentioned here.
