2328 UTC Hearing song strong rapid CW...not sure if related
2330 UTC Not hearing anything now...no carrier detected

CW was strong in France on the GT remote in the alps. Speed ~22 WPM, decoding letters and vy few numbers that do not make sense, maybe training, synoptic WX, maybe crypted msg. Uneven speed so pretty sure it was hand keyed. We'll see...

Just a weak carrier noted here on the SDR recording, except for the stronger CW at 2328. I heard several strings of VVVs sent. Then possibly MESL K.

I noted more CW around 0058 on 3 Nov 2016.
