Late post, but heard this when I first turned on the radio this evening.
Synthesized ID's by OM, then synthesized ID's and email by YL @ 2315 and then off.
S5 to S6 and good audio, but synthesized IDs are usually difficult for me to understand, so not positive on the ID.
Thanks for clarifying guys.  Changed topic from 'Circuit' to 'Circus'.

0016 12nov16 UTC- Found this image on 6925 kHz USB,
possibly related to Electric Circus logging. Also heard
just "IRCUS" in CW just after SSTV image. I was in
another room when I heard the SSTV which sounded
like a reasonably strong sig.

Had to go to the store with my wife but listening to my recording the female gave an id of Electric Circus with a pause so I'm not sure if there was another word (Radio?) there. The email address was unreadable.
